About the role
Krello is hiring a creative Mid-Senior Video Editor to join its team full-time, on site in El Mohammadia, Algiers, near Mohammadia Mall. The role goes beyond editing: the editor takes an idea from concept through shooting to final production, with a focus on content that stops the scroll and performs.
Required profile
- Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience
- A strong portfolio or showreel is required
- Ability to work independently and turn ideas into high-quality content
- Growth marketing mindset: creative content should generate attention, engagement and results
Required skills
- Strong video editing and post-production skills
- Video shooting and content production
- Use of AI-powered tools for video creation, editing, ideation and production
- Understanding of social media content, hooks, storytelling and audience retention
- Motion graphics skills are a strong plus
