About the role
The Multi Property Accounting Manager will support the day‑to‑day execution of general‑ledger processes across multiple properties, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting and compliance with applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement accounting projects and standard‑operating‑procedure (SOP) audits for all property areas.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state laws related to fraud prevention and collection procedures.
- Generate accurate reports and presentations, analyze information and recommend solutions.
- Balance credit‑card ledgers, reconcile accounts and verify contracts, performing credit checks when required.
- Monitor and document profits, losses, taxes and period‑end close activities.
- Provide guidance to other units on accounting and budgeting policies, ensuring strong internal controls.
Required profile
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (no experience required) OR a 2‑year degree with at least 2 years of finance/accounting experience.
