Multi Property Director of Finance

About the role

The Multi Property Director of Finance acts as the strategic financial leader for a portfolio of Marriott hotels in Bab Ezzouar. Reporting to the Executive Committee, you will shape and execute financial strategies that support brand objectives and drive profitable growth across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Champion, develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Provide expert financial guidance to enable successful brand service initiatives.
• Create and execute a comprehensive business plan that supports the overall property and brand strategy.
• Oversee all financial and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver results that meet or exceed financial targets.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or related field; doctoral degree is a plus.
• 6 to 10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in hospitality or multi‑property environments.
• Proven track record of leading finance functions at a senior level.
