Online Psychologist (Arabic & Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified psychologist to provide professional, confidential, and compassionate online psychological support. The role involves delivering evidence‑based therapy through video or chat to individuals, couples, or families facing mental‑health challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one therapy sessions online, as well as couples or family sessions when required.
• Perform initial assessments and evaluations for new clients.
• Develop and follow therapy plans using proven approaches such as CBT or DBT.
• Write session notes and keep client records up to date on the platform.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and quality‑control checks.
• Refer clients to psychiatrists or other services when appropriate.
• Stay informed about online therapy tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably with online therapy exposure.
• Fluency in Arabic and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based therapeutic methods such as CBT and DBT.
• Experience using online video or chat platforms for therapy sessions.
