Opérateur de Fabrication – Hormones

About the role

LDM Groupe, a pharmaceutical company in Algeria, is looking for a Manufacturing Operator specialized in hormone products. The role is based in the Constantine production site and involves participating in the full manufacturing cycle while adhering to GMP/BPF standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operations according to batch records, procedures and work instructions.
• Perform preparation, weighing, loading, mixing, transfer and other process steps.
• Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring correct parameters.
• Carry out in‑process controls and record data accurately for traceability.
• Maintain hygiene and GMP compliance, especially to prevent cross‑contamination of hormone products.
• Identify and report any deviations, anomalies or equipment issues.
• Participate in cleaning, product change‑over and equipment preparation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, biology, process engineering, biotechnology or related field.
• Up to two years of experience in pharmaceutical production; experience with hormone products is a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP/BPF requirements and ability to work in a regulated industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility and ability to follow procedures rigorously.
