Opérateur de production (forme stérile)

About the role

The Production Operator for sterile forms will work on the manufacturing line of a pharmaceutical facility, ensuring products are produced safely and according to quality standards. This full‑time onsite position requires close collaboration with the methods team and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Execute production operations following established procedures.
• Control product quality at each manufacturing step.
• Participate in process optimisation together with the methods department.
• Observe safety instructions and internal procedures.
• Perform first‑level maintenance on production equipment.
• Complete production reports and flag any anomalies.

Required profile

• Technical or university degree (TS Bac+2, Licence LMD, Ingéniorat, Master 2, Bac+3 to Bac+5).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of production methods and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly to changes.
• Rigorous, organized and proactive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with production management software is a plus.
