About the role
The company, a large private player in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Packaging Operator to join its production line in Saoula, Algiers. The role involves handling packaging operations on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, to ensure continuous output.
Key responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment according to standard procedures.
- Monitor production flow and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine checks and documentation of batch records.
- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Required profile
- University degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5) in scientific studies, preferably Process Engineering or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Immediate availability and residence in Algiers.
Required skills
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge.
