Oracle EBS & Cloud ERP Program Manager – Gurgaon

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP solutions in Gurgaon. You will own the full lifecycle from planning through go‑live, ensuring seamless delivery for our business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor Oracle ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and rollout projects.
• Collaborate with business owners to capture functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Coordinate functional consultants across Finance, SCM, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and HCM modules.
• Define program timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage communication between business teams, functional consultants, technical teams, system integrators, and external vendors.
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and post‑go‑live support to ensure successful adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP program management.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale ERP transformations and rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Graduation degree in any discipline.
