Outside Services Sales – Electrical (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Field Services Outside Sales Representative promotes and sells a wide range of technical services for electrical equipment installed at customer sites across Algeria. The role focuses on generating new business, expanding service contracts, and delivering turnkey projects while meeting profitable sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to grow service sales and achieve targets.
• Identify and contact new and existing customers, presenting Schneider Electric’s service portfolio.
• Create and close field service proposals, including maintenance agreements and digital service offers.
• Use Salesforce.com (BFO) to manage the sales funnel, forecast monthly results, and update account information.
• Collaborate with inside sales, business‑unit account managers, tendering teams, and operational marketing to maximize opportunities.
• Provide feedback to marketing on service offers and customer needs.
• Educate customers on product and service advantages, especially recurring and digital solutions.
• Mentor junior sales staff and represent the company at trade shows and seminars.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field service or technical sales, preferably in the electrical sector.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
