About the role

The Owner at SODEA Hasnaoui is a full‑time, on‑site executive responsible for steering the company’s strategic direction and daily operations in Sidi Bel Abbès. This senior leadership position ensures that business planning, financial targets, and organisational goals are aligned and achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s long‑term strategy and annual business plans.
• Supervise department heads, approve major investments, and manage key partnerships.

Required profile
