Paid Summer Internship – Media Buying & Performance Marketing

About the role

Diallas is offering a full‑time, paid summer internship in Media Buying & Performance Marketing. The position is on‑site in Bir Mourad Rais and provides hands‑on experience with real client campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Research target audiences and support the creation of ad copy and creative assets.
• Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates) and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to test new strategies and manage budgets under guidance.
• Contribute ideas to improve campaign results and support client initiatives.

Required profile

• Interest in media buying, performance marketing, and data‑driven advertising.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of studies in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for the full duration of the summer internship and comfort working on‑site in Bir Mourad Rais.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with Meta Ads.
• Basic familiarity with Google Ads.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets for data analysis.
