Procurement Manager – Saida (Ghazieh)

About the role

Baassiri General Trading Company is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead its purchasing activities in Saida, Ghazieh. The role involves overseeing the full procurement cycle, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process from sourcing to purchasing and supplier management.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, pricing and terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory needs and coordinate procurement activities with internal departments.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Track procurement budgets, prepare purchasing reports and analyse spending trends.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (advantageous).
