About the role

The Product and Quality Specialist ensures that Yassir’s products meet the highest quality standards and align with customer expectations. This entry‑level position offers a recent graduate the chance to develop expertise in product development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within a fast‑growing super‑app environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and execute quality control procedures, including checkpoints and corrective actions.
• Work with product development teams to embed quality considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits during manufacturing to verify compliance with specifications.
• Analyze quality data, customer feedback, and defect reports to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure product compliance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Less than two years of experience or no prior professional experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and product inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with data analysis for quality improvement.
