Product Manager - Consumer Electronics

About the role

eTalent is recruiting for Samsung Electronics a Product Manager based in Algeria. The role leads the end-to-end management of product lifecycles, drives market expansion and profitability across regions, and works with cross-functional teams to build product line-ups, optimise pricing and ensure smooth product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run product line-up strategies to cover markets and meet sales targets, and analyse market trends and sales forecasts for product planning and inventory.
• Design annual marketing strategies together with the Marketing team.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation, manage aging stock clearance and coordinate supply chain operations.
• Set pricing strategies and sales conditions, and carry out sell-in, sell-out and profit analysis to refine pricing and promotions.
• Lead new product launches, including local launch plans, training content and retail agency coordination, and work with the relevant team on in-store presence.
• Work with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain teams on timelines, budgets and resources, and resolve operational issues proactively.
• Monitor sales, profit and inventory metrics and report market performance and forecasts to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Product Management or a similar field, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Fluency in Arabic, English and French (written and spoken).
• Expertise in home appliances, OR TV, OR mobile phones.
