Product Manager Financial Crime Protection

About the role
Join a leading ethical bank that aims to protect the financial system from misuse. As a Product Manager in Financial Crime Protection you will lead the development of technology and data‑driven capabilities that safeguard the bank and its customers against fraud, money laundering and related risks.
Key responsibilities
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision for your financial crime domain, aligned with the bank’s mission, regulatory requirements and risk appetite.
- Take end‑to‑end ownership from concept to launch, embedding product outcomes in business processes and measuring realised benefits post‑implementation.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, making data‑driven trade‑off decisions that balance business value, customer impact, risk and time‑to‑market.
- Coordinate with software engineers, testers and KYC specialists to ensure the product team has the right capabilities.
- Drive alignment and change across a complex stakeholder landscape, working with compliance, legal, risk management and country teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience in product management, preferably at a mid‑senior level.
- Experience working on financial crime, KYC, fraud detection or related regulatory domains.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with specialists in sanctions screening, fraud, compliance and risk.
- Strong communication skills to convey product vision and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
