Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and sales of UIH diagnostic imaging products across assigned regions. The role combines product development, market expansion and close collaboration with sales and key opinion leaders to strengthen our brand and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategy for assigned regions and promote UIH products to grow the customer base.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and product‑marketing objectives.
• Execute go‑to‑market plans to increase project winning rates.
• Identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders in target countries to boost brand awareness and product leadership.
• Interface directly with prospects, determine optimal system configurations, and deliver customized presentations, demonstrations or site visits.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor assessments, summarise findings and present recommendations to management and business units.
• Prepare training materials and provide dedicated training to customers, business channels and the sales team.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical or related fields.
• At least 5 years of successful experience and leadership in the diagnostic imaging industry.
• Strong business acumen, communication and management abilities.
• Deep understanding of the diagnostic imaging ecosystem and key customer needs.
• Open‑minded, entrepreneurial mindset.
