Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Marketing

About the role

The Company is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth of its pharmaceutical portfolio in Algeria. You will design and execute marketing strategies, launch new products and support the field force to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the brand plan, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify threats, opportunities and forecast sales.
• Lead new product launches and manage the overall product portfolio.
• Oversee the KOL (Key Opinion Leader) portfolio and maintain partner relationships.
• Monitor resource allocation, expenditures and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Provide marketing support and training to the field force for campaign execution.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Veterinary, Biology, Pharmacy or a Master’s in Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector and at least 2 years in marketing.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic, French and English.
• Strong initiative, creativity, strategic vision and leadership abilities.
