Product Sales Executive

About the role

The Product Sales Executive will lead the development and execution of product strategies for UIH diagnostic imaging solutions across assigned regions. This role focuses on expanding the customer base, increasing market share, and strengthening brand leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategy to grow UIH’s market presence.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales and product‑marketing targets.
• Execute Go‑to‑Market plans that improve project win rates.
• Identify and nurture Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships in strategic countries to boost brand awareness.
• Engage directly with prospects, design optimal system configurations, and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and site visits.
• Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analyses, reporting insights to management and business units.
• Prepare training materials and provide dedicated training to customers, business channels, and internal sales teams.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success and leadership in the diagnostic imaging industry.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the diagnostic imaging ecosystem and key customer needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and openness to new ideas.
