About the role

The Production Associate I supports the manufacturing flow by handling incoming materials, assembling order kits, and ensuring product quality. This position works on the shop floor in a fast‑paced environment, contributing to timely order fulfillment while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and sort materials, confirming all necessary documentation is accurate.
• Assemble component trays, kits, or other packages for customer orders according to specifications.
• Monitor product quality through checks, count packaging, and remove defective products.
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
