About the role
The company is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at its industrial site in Médiouna. You will be responsible for overseeing production teams, organizing workflow, and ensuring that quality, safety, and performance targets are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate production teams to achieve daily output goals.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing activities across all lines.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
