Production Operator – Tablet Compression

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Follow SOPs for machines, production, cleaning, and in‑process testing.
- Apply GMP standards to ensure product quality throughout operations.
- Operate, clean, assemble and disassemble tablet compression machines.
- Adjust machine settings during production to maximise productivity and quality.
- Detect and report recurring faults or any process anomalies.
- Complete production sheets, logbooks, SAP entries and related documentation accurately.
- Perform in‑process tests and monitor operations to maintain smooth production flow.
- Ensure work‑area cleaning and follow cleaning procedures for equipment and tooling.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and learning abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
