Project Construction Manager

About the role

eTalent Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Construction Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects in Relizane, Algeria. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial costing and tendering to execution, monitoring, and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects, including costing, estimation, tender preparation, evaluation, and execution.
• Control the PMC team and ensure projects stay within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee large‑scale developments such as retail malls, multi‑storey residential and commercial buildings, and industrial parks.
• Handle project maintenance activities and resolve any technical issues that arise.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12‑15 years of hands‑on experience in project execution and management of large‑scale construction projects.
• Proven track record with high‑rise buildings, retail complexes, and industrial facilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team through complex situations.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of pre‑engineered and RCC framed structures.
• Strong understanding of finishing materials and interior works.
• Budgeting, costing, tender analysis, and negotiation expertise.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera and MS Project.
• Data and rate analytics for cost control and deviation management.
