About the role
Baladna El Djazaier is driving Algeria’s agro‑industrial transformation with a $3.5 billion, 117,000‑ha dairy project in Adrar. The company seeks a Project Director Assistant to support the Project Director in coordinating this large‑scale initiative, ensuring smooth information flow and timely delivery of milestones.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate information flow among internal and external stakeholders.
- Track decisions, action items, deadlines and deliverables.
- Organise and prepare project meetings and related documentation.
- Manage project documentation, filing and version control.
- Consolidate project dashboards and KPI reports.
- Escalate delays, risks and critical issues to the Project Director.
- Ensure accurate follow‑up of commitments and project milestones.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Finance.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in roles such as Project Director Assistant, PMO or Project Coordination.
