Project Manager – Customer Projects & Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead customer projects from concept through delivery in Algiers. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure high‑quality outcomes while building lasting client relationships across diverse technology environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer opportunities, develop tailored offers and lead negotiations aligned with business objectives.
• Construct and execute project plans, define team objectives, and obtain required approvals while adhering to the Quality System and agile principles.
• Organize bid reviews, manage tender stages, and ensure risks, technical proposals, margins and contractual terms are controlled.
• Formalize client information, conduct market and technology studies, and influence customer decisions.
• Prepare client dossiers, key‑account plans, and competitive pricing analyses.

Required profile

• Engineer degree in electrical engineering and automation.
• Fluent English with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently under general guidance and collaborate across functions.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to compliance, quality and safety.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast‑paced project environments.
