Project Manager – EPC/Turnkey Power Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale EPC and turnkey projects in the power and utilities sector. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from design and engineering through procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of EPC/turnkey projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting contractual, technical and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning tools, allocate resources and track progress.
• Manage stakeholder relationships as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
• Control project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and margin optimization.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement, supplier performance and material delivery aligned with specifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, prioritize activities and report progress, risks and financial status to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 3 years in a Project Manager role.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale high‑voltage electrical projects on time and within budget.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage contracts, variations and claims.
