Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate effective collaboration among stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and clients.
• Facilitate meetings, resolve challenges, and drive timely decision‑making.
• Coach, mentor, and support project team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of project management experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or consultancy.
• Professional certification such as PMP is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
