Quality Control Specialist – Tizi Ouzou

About the role

Join Jotun Technover as a Quality Control Specialist in Freha, Tizi Ouzou. You will lead the laboratory team, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications through efficient planning, organization, and follow‑up of QC activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise assigned personnel, guaranteeing task execution with high quality and alignment to company plans.
• Receive and register production samples, manage incoming raw‑material QC, and complete analyses swiftly.
• Perform laboratory analyses using approved methods, compare results to specifications, issue Certificates of Analysis, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Store retain samples, remove expired ones, ensure instrument calibration, and oversee powder‑lab technicians.
• Track agreed KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and motivate the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
• Strong communication, systematic planning, and results‑oriented mindset.
