About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our team in the Bab Ezzouar area. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, ensuring we attract top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct pre‑selection screening and coordinate interview processes.
- Manage candidate communication and maintain recruitment records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.

Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in recruitment.

- Residence in or around Bab Ezzouar.
