About the role

We are seeking two enthusiastic Regional Sales Managers to join our team in Algeria. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates with 1‑2 years of experience in commercial, technical sales, or customer service, who are eager to drive growth and build strong client relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and engage potential clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Participate in promotional events and product presentations to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Baccalaureate level education or equivalent non‑degree certification.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
• Own car and willingness to travel within the assigned region are advantages.
