Remote AI Quality Analyst – Arabic Focus

About the role

Turing is seeking a Remote AI Quality Analyst with strong Arabic proficiency to evaluate a new personalization feature for Gemini. You will assess how well the model leverages information from users' past Gemini conversations, Gmail, Google Search, and YouTube activity to deliver more relevant and helpful responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑turn prompts based on your personal experiences and context.
• Evaluate the model’s personalized responses across dimensions such as grounding, integration, and helpfulness.
• Review side‑by‑side (SxS) model outputs and identify subtle differences in naturalness and over‑narration.
• Provide clear, structured rationales and annotations for each ranking, referencing specific turn numbers.
• Deliver constructive feedback to improve the model’s personalization capabilities.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing ability in Arabic.
• Willingness to use your primary personal Google account and enable personal data sources for authentic testing.
• Full‑time availability in your local time zone to support a 24‑hour global operations team.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative prompt‑engineering mindset and strong written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
