Remote AI Quality Analyst – Arabic

About the role

Turing is seeking a Remote AI Quality Analyst who will evaluate a new personalization feature for Gemini. The analyst will assess how the model leverages data from past Gemini conversations, Gmail, Google Search, and YouTube to deliver more relevant and helpful responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑turn prompts based on personal experiences to test the model’s personalization capabilities.
• Evaluate model responses across dimensions such as grounding, integration, and helpfulness.
• Compare side‑by‑side model outputs and identify subtle differences in naturalness and over‑narration.
• Write clear, concise rationales for rankings, referencing specific turn numbers.
• Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations to improve model performance.
• Collaborate with a global, 24‑hour operations team and maintain independent, remote work habits.

Required profile

• High‑level proficiency in reading and writing Arabic.
• Willingness to use a personal Google account and enable personal data sources for authentic assessment.
• Full‑time availability in your local time zone.
• Strong analytical thinking to evaluate nuanced AI responses.
• Creative prompt engineering experience.
• Attention to detail for spotting subtle quality differences.
• Excellent written communication for structured rationales.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable desktop/laptop setup with a good internet connection.
