About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat. You will use empathy, clear communication, and problem‑solving skills to turn frustration into satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
