Remote Mortgage Consultant – Commission Based

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Consultant to join our fully remote lending team. In this commission‑based position you will help clients secure financing for residential homes, commercial properties, investment opportunities and refinances, guiding them from inquiry through closing.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their financing needs and explain loan options.
• Guide borrowers through the entire loan process, ensuring a smooth experience from application to closing.
• Assist with a wide range of loan products, including residential, commercial, hard‑money, non‑QM, jumbo, bridge, construction, fix‑and‑flip and investment property loans.
• Stay up‑to‑date on loan programs, lender requirements and market trends.

Required profile

• Active California Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
• Honest, client‑focused and willing to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex financing concepts.
• Prior mortgage experience preferred but not mandatory.
