About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this fully remote position, you will engage with candidates, assess their potential, and help build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming openings.
Conduct phone or video interviews and evaluate candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
Qualify or reject candidates promptly, providing clear communication throughout the process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
Meet weekly quotas for outreach calls, emails, and candidate engagements.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational skills and high energy.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed performance quotas.

Required skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
