About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Commercial Manager to lead the sales activities of Kampus22, a training centre located in El Mouradia, Algiers. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring corporate clients, promoting our training programmes and driving revenue growth in the Algerian market.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential B2B customers for training solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements with corporate clients.
  • Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt the commercial strategy.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in the training sector.
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
  • Solid background in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Autonomous, dynamic and results‑oriented.
  • Good knowledge of the Algerian market.
