Over de functie
Als Responsable de fabrication bent u verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, optimaliseren en superviseren van de productie van geneesmiddelen voor menselijk gebruik. U waarborgt dat de productie voldoet aan de eisen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu, kosten, levertijden en hoeveelheid. De functie richt zich op het tijdig en correct realiseren van het productieprogramma.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Opstellen van de periodieke productieplanning.
- Organiseren en monitoren van de productie van farmaceutische producten.
- Introductie en lancering van nieuw ontwikkelde geneesmiddelen.
- Opstellen van rapportages en implementeren van verbeteracties.
- Uitvoeren van management- en leidinggevende taken binnen de productieafdeling.
Gewenst profiel
- Licentie of Master gespecialiseerd in Farmacie, Biologie of Chemie.
- Minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Bekendheid met de regelgeving en standaarden voor farmaceutische productie.
