About the role

The Client Management and Development Manager reports to the Executive Director and ensures the smooth operation of the health centre by attracting and retaining patients, promoting the institution and supporting strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment and development plans for private patients and corporate agreements.
• Develop and launch the centre’s overall communication strategy (institutional, digital, press, events).
• Create communication materials and manage the centre’s social media channels.
• Welcome and guide patients, building trust and guaranteeing professional care.
• Collect and analyse patient feedback, questionnaires and complaints.
• Monitor service utilisation and identify opportunities for activity expansion.
• Provide proposals to the executive team and collaborate with medical services to enhance care offers.
• Track performance indicators related to patient relationships.
• Conduct competitive intelligence on private and public hospital trends in western Algeria and advise the executive direction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in commercial management, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare or service organization.
• Strong knowledge of communication, marketing and brand image.
• Excellent writing abilities and a creative mindset.
• Strategic analytical skills.
• Initiative, autonomy and dynamism.
