Responsable HSE SC & Maintenance Distribution

About the role

Sanofi is seeking a senior HSE and Maintenance leader for its Sidi Abdellah Distribution Center. The role is responsible for implementing health, safety, environment (HSE) policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing maintenance of distribution equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement organizational structures, risk analyses, documentation and KPIs aligned with Group HSE policy.
• Maintain regulatory monitoring and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Define and monitor medium‑ and long‑term HSE roadmap for distribution activities.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies to strengthen HSE culture.
• Lead occupational health programs, exposure risk management and medical surveillance.
• Deploy environmental management system, monitor emissions, water and waste, and drive reduction initiatives.
• Implement core safety programs (Permit to Work, LOTO, machinery and warehouse safety) and crisis management procedures.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for distribution facilities.
• Conduct audits, gap assessments and track action plans to meet Group standards.
• Participate in incident investigations and define corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HSE, occupational health and environmental programs in an industrial or distribution setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to lead audits.
• Leadership skills to drive safety culture and manage cross‑functional teams.
