Responsable Management de la Qualité – Transport & Logistique

About the role

We are looking for a senior Quality Management Leader to drive the quality system across our transport and logistics operations in Algeria. Reporting directly to the General Management, you will ensure that our warehouses, distribution platforms and vehicle fleet meet the highest standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and lead the Quality Management System (QMS) for transport and logistics across all sites and the fleet.
• Map, analyze and optimise logistics flows (receiving, storage, order preparation, shipping) to reduce delays and non‑quality costs.
• Investigate transport incidents such as late deliveries, damaged goods or picking errors and implement corrective action plans.
• Assess and monitor the performance of third‑party carriers and logistics suppliers.
• Track quality KPIs (customer service rate, error rate, shrinkage) and facilitate management review meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality Management, Transport or Logistics Engineering.
• 6‑10 years of experience in quality management within transport, supply chain or logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset, rigor and ability to influence operational teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ISO 9001 quality standards.
