About the role

NTU International is seeking a Stakeholder Mobilisation and Public Engagement Manager for an EU‑funded project in Morocco. The role will support the visibility, strategic communication, public diplomacy and cultural outreach of the European Union in the country.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement stakeholder mobilisation strategies to increase awareness of the EU‑Morocco partnership.
• Coordinate networks of public, private and civil‑society actors, fostering active participation in project activities.
• Develop and manage communication campaigns, including digital content, media relations and event organisation.
• Monitor and evaluate engagement outcomes, providing regular reports to the project team.
• Support the preparation of diplomatic and cultural outreach materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum BAC+3) in communication, public relations, political science, international relations, social sciences, project management or a related field (or 6 years relevant experience if the degree is not held).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in stakeholder mobilisation, institutional communication, public relations, network coordination, citizen engagement or partnership management.
• Fluent French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English is an advantage.
