About the role

The company Kamelo Food, a biscuit manufacturer located in Blida, is looking for a Production Manager to lead its plant operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, plan and supervise all production activities.
• Achieve production goals for quantity, quality, cost and delivery timelines.
• Lead and manage production teams.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality procedures.
• Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement actions.
• Optimise manufacturing processes and boost productivity.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, HSE and HR departments.
• Identify dysfunctions and drive corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering, food engineering, mechanical or electromechanical engineering or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of proven experience in biscuit production within the food industry.
• Deep knowledge of biscuit manufacturing processes and agro‑food production constraints.
• Strong experience in managing production teams.
• Proficiency with industrial performance monitoring and control tools.
• Leadership, rigor, responsiveness and strong organisational skills.
