RF Initial Tuning Engineer

About the role
We are urgently looking for two RF Initial Tuning Engineers to optimise and validate the performance of newly launched or modernised cell sites. The role focuses on ensuring that hardware upgrades, software updates and new carrier additions meet strict KPIs and quality standards immediately after integration.
Key responsibilities
- Perform baseline optimisation and cluster tuning for new or upgraded sites.
- Validate performance through KPI auditing, drive‑test analysis and parameter configuration.
- Conduct site verification, alarm clearance and neighbour‑list tuning.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, preparing detailed reports for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- University degree in telecommunications or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar RF engineering role.
- Proven experience working with Ericsson equipment.
