Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Le Méridien Oran, you will play a key part in delivering a memorable guest experience by ensuring every guest room and public area is spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. You will work as part of a dedicated Guest Environment team that values safety, quality, and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn over guest rooms, making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, corridors, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items such as extra towels, pillows, or toiletries.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle objects weighing ≤ 50 lb.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
