About the role

The Sales Account Coordinator supports sales executives by handling day‑to‑day commercial operations, client communication, and project coordination. Based in Algeria, the role acts as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth account management and contributing to overall sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to sales executives, including account management and commercial activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate client projects and orders, liaising with internal departments for seamless execution.
• Prepare, maintain, and update commercial documentation, records, and customer data.
• Monitor contracts, pricing, and agreements for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and sales performance tracking.
• Support resolution of customer issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Account Coordinator or in a similar support role.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with sales processes, policies, and rules.
• Good understanding of the business environment and sales organization.
• Excellent organizational, detail‑oriented, and collaborative skills.
• Fluency in English, French, and the local language.
