Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager at iServ Solutions (ISS) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Algiers. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, building long‑term relationships, and ensuring client needs are understood and met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads, prepare and present proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
• Follow up with prospects to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and provide regular account performance reports.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and keep account data up to date.
• Participate in sales meetings, contribute to forecasts, and support sales planning activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client retention.
• Proven ability in account management, including renewals and upselling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
• Organized, with solid time‑management and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
