About the role
We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. The SDR will drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, initiating contact across phone, email and social channels, and qualifying leads for senior sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify key decision‑makers in international markets.
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget and buying readiness using defined methodologies.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
- Provide continuous market feedback on prospect objections, trends and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven outbound sales, lead generation or business development experience.
- High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
