Sales Educational Consultant

About the role

As a Sales Educational Consultant you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current students, helping them choose the GoMyCode training that best fits their goals. You will combine sales expertise with a deep understanding of our learning methodology to drive enrolments and ensure a high level of student satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to promote GoMyCode programs.
• Listen to students, assess their training needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Provide after‑sales support, resolve complaints and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings, send reminders and manage registration renewals.
• Participate in marketing events such as conferences and live sessions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead management.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional GoMyCode products.

Required profile

• Ambassador for GoMyCode with a community‑building mindset.
• Excellent communicator, honest, proactive and able to mediate conflicts.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain the active‑learning approach.
• Team player who can also work independently and prioritize leads.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a big smile.
• Basic computer and math skills for handling transactions.
