Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst – French Speaking Africa

About the role

The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analyst for the French‑Speaking Africa Cluster will be based in Algeria and will support Abbott’s Established Pharmaceuticals Division. The role focuses on improving sales force performance, profitability and data‑driven decision‑making across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the SFE strategic approach, covering sales force design, segmentation, KPIs and commercial support tools.
• Lead cluster ICP planning, quota setting, sales calculations and performance tracking throughout the year.
• Support implementation of Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategies across affiliates and ensure accountability.
• Partner with affiliates to challenge and enhance sales force effectiveness and outcomes.
• Provide hands‑on support for regional and local SFE initiative roll‑outs.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across affiliates and cross‑functional teams.
• Deliver ad‑hoc analytics and insights for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Marketing Analytics, Business Administration or a related field (healthcare background a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in an SFE or related commercial role within a local affiliate.
• Strong project‑management track record with successful delivery.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
