Sales Manager – Algeria (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in Algeria, focusing on the hospitality and HORECA market. The role involves building lasting client relationships and delivering B2B revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the Algerian market.
• Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities, especially within hotels, restaurants and cafés.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision‑makers in the hospitality sector.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses for management.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients and distributors.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a sales management or senior sales role.
• Experience in the Hospitality/HORECA sector is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills.
