Sales Manager – CASE & AMA

About the role

The Sales Manager – CASE & AMA will be responsible for growing sales of a specialised product portfolio across the country. You will work closely with the Commercial and Business Managers to meet revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a growing customer base through regular visits and strategic engagement.
• Negotiate prices and volumes to maximise business returns while managing payment terms and cash‑flow risk.
• Identify, analyse and acquire new accounts in line with growth strategies for the chemicals, plastics, coating and construction segments.
• Prepare and agree annual sales budgets with senior management.
• Collect, analyse and present market, product, competitor and industry data to shape business strategy.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences, expanding the professional network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven sales experience in chemicals raw materials, particularly for plastics, coating or construction applications.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and, preferably, SHEQ principles.
